Case Studies – Deutsche Bank Berlin (Germany)

The Berlin headquarters of Deutsche Bank are located in the Charlottenstrasse, which is also home to the Bank’s Kunsthalle or art gallery, and record products are well represented here. The sandstone building, built in the nineteen twenties, features three door systems abreast, giving the entrance a new and attractive face. This look creates an aesthetic tension between the use of modern materials on the one hand, and the historical aspects of the building on the other.
